I bought my first bus in 2009 from a dealer in NJ. I bought my current bus in 2012 from WE SELL SCHOOL BUSES.com in Hudson, FL. While at the 2016 Florida Tiny House Festival I decided to stop by We Sell School Buses to have them check out a few things on my bus.
One of the things I wanted checked was my air brakes. I talked with Greg, Sr. and he asked me if I knew how to check my brakes. After replying no, he asked if I wanted to know how to check them. He showed me how to check my brakes and how to adjust them. Anyone walking by would have seen two pair of legs lying under my bus. We adjusted the brakes and went over a few other questions I had about the bus. After we finished going over the bus he took me to lunch.
You can't beat that for service after the sale. I received service, education and lunch. And this is not the first time I got excellent service after the sale. Back in 2014 I broke down on the highway on my way to a Habitat for Humanity 25th Anniversary Building/Rally in Springfield, MO. I sat on the side of the road for three days in MO trying to figure out what was wrong with the bus. After three days I finally called Greg, Sr. and he solved the problem over the phone.
If I ever have reason to purchase another school bus, (and that's not out of the question), I will certainly look to We Sell School Buses for the sale and dependable service after the sale.
